We are proud to announce that the Club has hired Michelin Star Andre Rochat as Chef de Cuisine. Many in Las Vegas know Chef Andre from his three restaurants including Alize, which was at the Palms Casino for over 18 years.  Bill Paulos, President of the Board of Directors recently stated "I'm not aware of another private club in the country that has a Michelin star chef on staff."
